This beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath East Beach cottage, Breeze-On-Inn, is just one lot off the best beach on St Simons Island. The Breeze-on-Inn has undergone a complete renovation in 2016 and is now ready for you. This truly luxurious beach cottage is your private paradise. You enter through the lovely front screen porch with comfortable wicker seating. There’s a large dining and living room with exposed beams, exceptional lighting, and granite countertops in the kitchen. Cook your meals in this fabulous open kitchen which is fully equipped. The master bedroom has 80’s solid teak furniture including a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet, a large en-suite bathroom, and your own private sunroom. Relax and enjoy the Ocean breezes and drink your coffee or cocktails in the sunroom while you sit on original classic Paul Frankl, world-renowned Miami designer, “pretzel” rattan furniture. The en-suite bathroom includes double bowl sinks, modern lighting, and a shower tub.
The second bedroom, cheerfully decorated, sleeps up to 5 with a unique bunk bed arrangement. The bunk bed has a queen-sized lower with twin upper and twin trundle. The possibilities of this arrangement are endless for all manner of groups and parties. Additionally, there’s a twin sleeper sofa in the living space for even more flexibility.
The Breeze-On-Inn has Wi-Fi though out and flat-screen TV’s in the living room, and both bedrooms. The living room TV area has a white leather couch and recliner. There is a second seating area in the common area which includes the sleeper sofa and two modern comfortable armchairs. The dining area has classic rattan furniture with seating for 4. In addition, there are two seats at the granite breakfast bar. This fully renovated sunny cottage has all the bells and whistles and you won’t want to leave it! Swanky by the sea!
